Mullaitivu is one of the worst war affected districts in Sri Lanka. The majority of people of Mullaitivu are engaged in farming or fishing for the living. The education of Mullaitivu have many shortcomings including poor infrastructure, inadequate qualified teachers, poor transport system etc. This situation of teaching A/L Mathematics and Biology streams is at its worse and the number of schools are also less in number compared to the big land area.
தொண்டைமானாறு வெளிக்கள நிலையத்தில் ஆய்வுகூடப் பயிற்சி
யாழ்ப்பாணம் இந்துக் கல்லூரி பழைய மாணவர் சங்கம் கனடா கிளையின் நிதி அனுசரணையில், “அறிவியல் அமுது” கல்வி அறக்கட்டளை முல்லைத்தீவின் ஏற்பாட்டில், முல்லைத்தீவு கல்வி வலயத்தில் உள்ள ஏழு 1AB தர பாடசாலைகளின் AL 2025 உயிரியல் மற்றும் கணித பிரிவுகளைச் சேர்ந்த மாணவர்களுக்கான இரண்டாம் தவணை ஆய்வுகூடப் பயிற்சிகள் தொண்டைமானாறு வெளிக்கள நிலையத்தில் ஒக்டோபர் 12 மற்றும் 13ம் திகதிகளில் நடந்தன.
